Bernard SOLITUDE is in charge of the development of the SCP LDBM Caribbean Office.
The firm’s office is located in Fort de France (Martinique) including Guadeloupe, French Guyana, the islands of Saint Martin and Saint Bartholomew.
View of the perspective of regional integration and the developing globalization of the Caribbean States, LDBM chose to be established in the Caribbean area.
The legal harmonization of the Caribbean States is an effective instrument of development of the regional and international business which incites the European Union to support the project of the OHADAC (Organization for the harmonization of business laws in the Caribbean).
In this context LDBM intends to support the economic actors of the zone in their strategic choices and in the realization of their projects.
