Dans une décision en date du 21 avril 2011, la Commission administrative de l’OMPI a ordonné le transfert du nom de domaine liveradio.biz à la société France Telecom.

Dans cette affaire, la société France Telecom a été représentée par le cabinet LDBM (SCP PARICHEVA & MARTY).

Le Mrap a encore obtenu gain de cause en appel: la société titulaire de la marque doit cesser de mentionner le fameux slogan, sous peine d'une astreinte de 20.000 euros par infraction constatée.
