Dans une décision en date du 21 avril 2011, la Commission administrative de l’OMPI a ordonné le transfert du nom de domaine liveradio.biz à la société France Telecom.

Dans cette affaire, la société France Telecom a été représentée par le cabinet LDBM (SCP PARICHEVA & MARTY).

Le Mrap a encore obtenu gain de cause en appel: la société titulaire de la marque doit cesser de mentionner le fameux slogan, sous peine d'une astreinte de 20.000 euros par infraction constatée.

The Movement against Racism and for Friendship between the Peoples (MRAP) argued today before the Court of Appeals of Versailles that the company Nutrimaine holding the trademark Banania has breached an agreement regarding the non-use of the trademark " Y a 'Bon" ("There's good").
