Personal Data protection: with the reform of the Data Protection Act [loi informatique et libértés] the CNIL has been invested with new powers. As such, it should induce companies to strictly comply with their obligations. LDBM assists clients in choosing the type of business declaration they are to conform to depending on their activity.
