I am a business lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar. I also have a Master in IP law and a Master in Communication law. I teach competition law at the French Graduate School of Management (ESC); one of the top French “Grandes Ecoles”.
I started my career as an in-house lawyer within the Legal Department of France Telecom / Orange and then I worked for Ernst & Young as a junior lawyer.
I decided to join Kahn & Associés where I practiced for many years within the Litigation & International Arbitration Department, where I had to deal with numerous Civil, Commercial and Criminal cases both before Judiciary and Arbitrations Courts.
I then set up the LDBM firm in 2006.
Thanks to my experience as an in-house lawyer and business lawyer within famous firms, and do my personality, I tend to be regarded as having good abilities for developing creative solutions adapted to clients’ needs and expectations.

I have a Master in Industrial Property from the University of Paris II- Assas and I am a Law graduate from Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia, Bulgaria.Before becoming a partner at LDBM, I have worked for many years for a renowned Parisian business law firm, specialized in Intellectual Property.
I provide assistance in the field of Intellectual Property and Business Law as regard to day-to-day business as to Counsel and Litigation and International Arbitration aspects.
